Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using PatoHQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use PatoHQ on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

Your account and workspace

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate business information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse PatoHQ:

• No unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity.
• No attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
• No storing illegal content or infringing others' rights.
• No sharing access outside the team members your plan includes.

Forms and enquiries

The forms on this site are for genuine questions about PatoHQ:

• Enquiries you send may be read by our team and are kept so we can answer you.
• Do not send card numbers, passwords, PINs or identity documents through a form. We never need them, and we will never ask for them.
• Do not use a form to send spam, unlawful content, or code, links or scripts intended to attack, deceive or overload the service. For safety we validate and sanitise every submission, and rate-limit or block automated abuse.
• We may decline to act on a submission that breaches these rules.

Subscriptions, fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in US dollars by our payment provider, either monthly or once a year. Annual pricing is $290, $690 or $1,290 per annual period. Whop monthly offers renew every 30 days and annual offers every 365 days; the checkout shows the exact interval, taxes and provider fees. Monthly order allowances reset each calendar month in the workspace timezone. Your card issuer may apply its own currency conversion. The 14-day trial needs no card, and if you do not choose a plan when it ends the workspace becomes a read-only sandbox. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Changes to plans

A plan change takes effect when the payment is confirmed and starts a new billing period on the new plan; unused days of the previous plan are not carried over. Before a downgrade is confirmed, the plan picker lists what already sits outside the smaller plan's limits. Each plan includes its own number of team members, locations, tills and monthly orders; when you reach a limit we name it and show you the plan above.

Intellectual property

PatoHQ, its design, and its software are owned by PatoHQ. You keep ownership of your own business data and content.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We work hard to keep PatoHQ reliable, but we provide the service 'as is' and 'as available'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination you can export your data during the wind-down period.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Uganda.
