  • Clear previous records when the workspace, account or resolved access changes across catalogue, purchasing, sales, stock, pharmacy and settings screens.
  • Keep previous table pages visible during pagination only within the same workspace and access scope.
  • Separate appearance and notification choices by account, and prevent a late preference save from changing another account’s appearance.
  • Wait for stored appearance choices before applying them, reducing the reset flash while settings load.

A dropped connection after saving no longer records another expense when you retry the same form.

  • Added durable save protection for retries and simultaneous submissions, while preserving the original creator and creation audit.
  • Prevented an old save request from overwriting a later edit or recreating a deleted expense.
  • Validated payment amounts and dates, and restricted expense locations to the current workspace.

  • Browser-only alerts no longer fill the bell. Clearing the visible inbox leaves those alerts available for browser delivery.

  • Coordinated foreground alerts between supported browser tabs and fixed read actions completing after an account switch.

Notification settings now include an opt-in for background alerts, with a private preview and a device test.

  • Enable background notifications on a supported browser to subscribe that device. Browser permission and category settings apply.
  • Turn delivery off for that browser, or sign out to disconnect it. Expired device subscriptions are removed automatically.
  • Lock-screen previews keep customer, stock and financial details private. Delivery timing depends on the browser and device.
  • Fixed history pagination, account-switch backlog alerts and notification destination handling. Improved the phone settings layout.

The website now explains real workflows with the actual product interface, and help guides can open a question in your AI tool.

  • Rebuilt the homepage around inventory, purchasing and point of sale, with an actual sample catalogue capture and clearer feature explanations.
  • Replaced Print guide with ChatGPT and Claude prompt links, plus a copy-and-open action for Gemini.
  • Generated current plan and capability information for AI readers, plus text exports for all 126 help guides.
  • Simplified navigation in the footer, fixed tablet pricing overflow and removed an unused analytics consent overlay.
  • Added stock illustrations and subtle setup motion, with reduced-motion support. Billing actions now use customer-facing plan wording.
