Before you pay for anything
What does a plan actually include?
The product is the same on every plan: the register, invoicing, purchasing, stock transfers, reports, offline selling, staff roles and CSV export. Two things change as you move up. The limits: team members, locations, tills, orders per month and audit history. And the depth of the inventory tooling: batch and lot tracking, pack sizes and units, kits, bin locations, blind counts, choosing your cost method, landed cost, the shrinkage/turnover/valuation reports and the pharmacy module all start on Growth.
What is an "order" in the monthly limit?
One completed sale: a till transaction, or an invoice that becomes sent or paid. The allowance resets each calendar month in your workspace timezone, including on annual billing. Each sale counts once. A void gives it back, a refund does not count as a second sale, and drafts and edits never count.
How does the trial work?
Fourteen days with every module unlocked. No card needed, and when it ends your workspace becomes a read-only sandbox.
How does the annual discount work?
Annual pricing is equivalent to paying for ten monthly periods: $290, $690 or $1,290 per annual period. Whop currently renews monthly offers every 30 days and annual offers every 365 days; review the exact interval, taxes and fees in checkout.
Can I change plans later?
Start in Billing to review your plan and usage. Existing Whop subscriptions are managed through their provider portal; check the effective date, charges and allowances before confirming a change. Avoid starting a second subscription for the same workspace.
Am I locked into a contract?
No contract and no setup fee. Monthly plans cancel from inside the app, and you can export your data at any time.
What happens at a limit?
PatoHQ names the limit and offers the next plan up. Existing records remain available, but adding more people, locations, devices or orders may be blocked until your plan has capacity.
How do I pay, and in what currency?
Card through our payment provider. Prices are in USD and your card is charged in US dollars.
What if I run many branches or a wholesale operation?
Business covers ten locations, ten tills and 30,000 orders a month. If you need more capacity, discuss a custom Enterprise offer.
