## Important boundaries

- A paired register with a previously loaded catalogue can queue supported sales offline. Pending sales must sync successfully; review conflicts and do not clear device storage while sales are pending.
- Recording a cash, card or mobile-money tender does not process a payment through that provider.
- Shopify and WooCommerce connections currently support signed incoming order review. They do not provide automatic operational order posting, historical backfill or two-way stock synchronization.
- PatoHQ supports inventory and operational records. It is not a substitute for required accounting, pharmacy licensing or regulatory obligations.
